Returns and exchanges:
All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@factory43.com for return instructions.

Due to their delicate nature screen printed posters cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.

Refunds:
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

Sale items:
All sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted. Mystery tube and Mystery box items cannot be returned or exchanged for other items. If you already have shirts or posters that you do not wish to duplicate, you may list them in the notes sections of your order.

Exchanges:
We want your shirts to fit you. If you need to exchange a shirt for a different size, send us an email at info@factory43.com and send your item to: 206 NW 67th St. Seattle Washington 98117. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 206 NW 67th St. Seattle Washington 98117. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
